Case Study: Roberts RV Resorts
Challenge
Roberts RV Resorts operates a series of 55+ Active Living RV Resorts, with both RV lots and Park Model homes. The family of resorts has grown over many years through acquisition. Roberts Resorts approached Kidd RV as the ink dried on the latest acquisition in Bull Head City, Arizona.
Opportunity
The new resort needed to be assimilated into the family, which presented an opportune moment to review the entire family structure.
Solution
Roberts Resorts was repositioned as an umbrella name, with Roberts RV Resorts being established to promote the Arizona RV parks. Roberts Communities represents several home communities in Texas, which are now more clearly delineated from the RV Resorts.
The new resort received a new name and logo and became an official member of the Roberts RV Resort family.
