Case Study: White Eagle National RV Resorts

Challenge

White Eagle National RV Resorts was led by a team of experienced developers that wanted to launch a division catering to the RV industry. To do so effectively, they believed it was necessary to develop a strong brand that articulated their vision, and develop a tactical strategy for the company, and the company’s flagship property.

Opportunity

After researching and determining the right target audience for both the national brand and the flagship property, Kidd RV Resort Consulting developed a marketing plan that would aggressively promote the products and services available through WhiteEagle National RV resorts. Concurrent to this strategy, Kidd RV Resort Consulting developed a marketing plan specific to the goals of the initial resort.

Solution

Both plans included a strategic mix of marketing elements including online web banners, special events, public relations, traditional advertising and media placement.

Specific to WhiteEagle National RV Resort was the creation of a logo guide, the development of marketing and media plans, the design of branded collateral and the development and launch of an informational website. Other deliverables included writing and managing the distribution of a newsletter, utilizing SEO and pay-per-click programs, generating a database of contacts, and facilitating meaningful participation in industry trade shows. In addition to most of the tactics described above, the flagship resort program also included a customer touch plan and the design and development of special events, one-of-a-kind promotions, and rallies.

WhiteEagle National RV Resorts now enjoys a dominate player status on the national RV development scene, and a sound marketing platform is in place for the flagship resort.
